Data controller

The controller is SKYLINE ENGINEERING, S.L., NIF B21976220, registered at Cl. Segovia, 35, Pta. 14, Esc. 3 – 03509 Finestrat (Alicante), Spain. Privacy enquiries and data-rights requests may be sent to 780443k4@gmail.com.

Data we process

  • Contact details such as name, telephone number and e-mail address.
  • Project information voluntarily provided in the consultation form.
  • Basic technical and security information needed to operate and protect the website.

Purposes and legal bases

  • To answer enquiries, prepare preliminary information and take steps requested before entering a contract. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
  • To prevent abuse, protect the service and keep limited security records. The legal basis is the controller's legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
  • To meet legal obligations where applicable, under Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.

The website does not use submitted contact data for unrelated marketing unless separate, valid consent is obtained.

Recipients and service providers

Data may be processed by hosting, security and e-mail-delivery providers acting on SKYLINE's instructions and only as needed to provide their services. Form submissions are configured for delivery to the company inbox through Resend once that service is activated. Data is not sold. Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, an appropriate GDPR transfer mechanism must be in place.

Retention

Enquiries are kept only for as long as needed to respond and manage the potential project. If no contractual relationship follows, the enquiry will normally be deleted or anonymised within 12 months, unless a longer period is required to establish, exercise or defend legal claims or comply with law.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability where applicable. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) at aepd.es. SKYLINE may request reasonable information to verify the requester's identity.

Security and changes

Appropriate technical and organisational safeguards are used in proportion to the nature of the data. This policy may be updated when the website, providers or legal requirements change; the current version and date will remain available here.
