Hello, my name is Denys Druz. I am an architect and civil engineer with 25 years of experience designing and delivering civil and industrial construction projects.

My professional journey began in Kremenchuk, continued in Kharkiv and later took me to London, where I worked for three years. Today I live and work in Benidorm, creating turnkey villas with the SKYLINE Engineering team — from the architectural concept and engineering solutions through construction and the handover of a completed home.

Drawing on specialist education, extensive practical experience and expert judgement, I take personal responsibility for the integrity of every project and offer you a reliable, transparent and professionally managed path to your own villa in Spain.
