Answers to the questions we hear most often about building a villa in Spain.
Architecture, engineering, construction and interiors — the whole process is run by one team, with no handover between disconnected contractors.
You don't have to coordinate an architect, engineer, builder and interior designer separately yourself — from the first consultation to handover, one SKYLINE team runs the whole project.
The process has 9 stages: consultation, land analysis (zoning, development potential), a concept tailored to budget and requirements, architecture and engineering, permit preparation and filing, construction supervised by the same team, interiors coordinated with the architecture from the start, landscaping and the pool, and handover with full documentation and a support contact.
Architecture, engineering and construction are coordinated by the same team, so the project is never handed off between disconnected companies — which is usually exactly what causes delays and a loss of accountability for the result.

Getting a building permit usually takes 3 to 6 months, depending on the municipality and the complexity of the project.
Once the permit is in place, the construction phase itself usually takes 4 to 10 months, depending on the size and complexity of the project.
An indicative turnkey construction budget starts from €2,500 per m² — the exact figure depends on the plot, the architecture, the materials and the level of finish.
